Watch and Pray
I realized that some of the things Josh was learning in the shows weren’t actually true. Although shows like Dino Dan, Dino Dana, Dinosaur Train, etc. didn’t agree with the biblical account of creation, I found it difficult to take them away from him. It’s not like there were any alternatives out there.
Instead, I listened in on what he was watching, and I started doing some of my own research. I had to know if what I was hearing was true or not, and I totally needed to share my research with Josh so he could learn the importance of studying everything out for himself, too.
Sharing is Caring
And now I have at least 20 different topics I think it is important for Josh and Caleb to study to discern when something is actually science or when it is just someone’s bias.
If anyone knows me, they’ll know that I love to dig into things. And digging for dinosaurs has turned out to be a ton of fun. Thankfully, I’ve had a truly amazing husband who has supported me in all my endeavors, and now, we are working on putting our research into a format where we can share it with both our children and yours! We hope you enjoy it, and we pray God uses it to help your children grow in intelligence and faith.
